7 may 2008 - Jens-Peter Bonde is leaving the Parliament, but not politics altogether. While he will focus now on leading the EUDemocrats, he wants to leave behind a 10 point legacy – a political testament. In it he names the most needed reforms and changes that the European Union needs.

Introducing the Foundation for EU Democracy
April 3 2008 – The Foundation for EU Democracy, a brainchild of Anthony Coughlan, Jens-Peter Bonde and Sharon Ellul Bonici, was registered in Brussels in October 2007 as a response to a pilot project launched in 2007 by DG Education and Communication in the European Commission.
